Leadership Gathering
Monday, May 14 at 6:30 – 8:30 pm
All volunteers in Adult, Student, and Children’s (including Nursery) Ministry, are invited to attend Leadership Gathering. This is a great opportunity to unify our ministries, get to know other volunteers, and hear more about the vision for our ministries while getting excited about what God is doing now! Nursery will be available.
Video Extravaganza II
Saturday, May 19, 11 am
Flood students invite your friends to a private screening of your VE I video on the BIG screen at the Marcus Theatres in Oakdale. Awards will be presented for different categories. All students in grades 9-12 are invited to come and enjoy these films, even If you were not at VE I.
SCOOP (Feed My Starving Children)
May 22-24
FMSC is coming to Skyview Community School so that schools, teachers, and the community can participate. The goal: Pack 545,000 meals which will feed 1,400 people for 1 year. For more information and to see how you can get involved, click HERE!

Summer Music Team Auditions
Vocalists and Instrumentalists! Auditions will be held for our Summer Music Team on Thursday, May 31, 7:30-8:30 pm in the Worship Center. If you are interested, please pick up a CD and music from the Information Center in the Main Lobby.
Summer Women’s Study
Begins Wednesday, June 13, 6:30-8 pm
Beth Moore’s So Long, Insecurity study, takes an in-depth look at what security means. Discover what the Bible has to say about image, society, and relationships. As you delve into your personal journey toward security, you’ll get to know the One who gives that security more intimately.
Pig Roast Picnic
Sunday, June 3 at 11 AM
Immediately following the worship service, Come for food, fun, live music, and this year, we’re having a special taste-test competition; you don’t want to miss this! Donations will be accepted to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets. If you can’t come, we’d still love to have your donation, contact Doug Atkins at douglasatkins@gmail.com. Please make checks payable to ‘American Cancer Society’.
5K Walk/Run Fundraiser
June 23, 8 am
Oakdale Summerfest is partnering with Hope’s Student Ministries to raise funds for the Flash summer mission trip and scholarships! The 5K Run/Walk is a recreational, non-competitive fun run designed to get people in shape, build community, and support a good cause. On Saturday, June 23, join our church as well as the city of Oakdale for this great opportunity. Cost to participate is a $20 donation per participant. Pick up a flyer at the Information Center for more information and to register. Pre-register through Hope by Sunday, June 10.
Jr. High Mission Trip
