GroupLink

Connecting in a group is such a significant part of life at Hope that GroupLink is a part of our gathering on Sunday, September 9. GroupLink is an opportunity to find a Community Group to get plugged into this fall. Pastor John will also begin the ‘Move’ sermon series. This will be an exciting service to be a part of! You don’t want to miss it!
Community Group Leader Training
Whether you have led a group for years or this is your first time leading a group, we all want to start on the same page! This September, we have one training at five different times to help launch your group this year. Please attend a Community Group Leader Training this September (training is identical, you need only attend one):

Crave Registration and Brunch
Crave is excited to offer a variety of Tuesday morning opportunities for women of all stages of life. For a complete list of groups please see the Programming Guide or check online. Student Ministries Fall 2012
Flash (Grades 6-8) will start on Wednesday, September 12 from 6:30-8:15 PM. 6th graders are now a part of Flash.
Flood (Grades 9-12) is finished for the summer and will restart on Sunday, September 9 from 6:30-9 PM. Incoming 9th graders are now a part of Flood.
Reducing the Risk Class
Wednesday, September 19, 5:30 PM
Attention all nursery, children’s, and student workers. If you are new to any of these ministries, you will need to take the Reducing the Risk class. This class is required by Hope and our insurance carrier to help ensure the safety of our children and youth. If you haven’t taken the class in the last five years and are serving in one of these ministries, you will be notified to recertify. The class is offered Wednesday, September 19 at 5:30 pm. Children’s Ministry Volunteer Training
Training for Wednesday volunteers is scheduled for September 19 at 6:30 PM. Training for Sunday volunteers will be done one on one with Katie Bliss. (Katie will be in contact with you to schedule a meeting.)
