Injustice – 7-24-2011
This week’s message is from Mark Sandquist
The trials and suffering we face are often unfair and unjust. Some people endure incredible pain, heartbreaking circumstances, and very difficult experiences that can sometimes make them feel as if they have been sentenced to prison – a personal prison.
Joseph understood injustice. Joseph’s story offers us some insights into God’s view of the very real, very unfair, very unjust experiences of life that can be so hard to bear. The personal prisons of our life.

The Power of Weakness – Part 2 5-8-2011
The world sees weakness as failure and this sabotages Christ’s plan to show his power. Christ showed the ultimate power through the ultimate display of weakness: the cross. Our weaknesses are God’s great opportunities. Because of God’s grace, we can delight in our weaknesses because God’s power is made perfect through them (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Jonah – Part 4 – 4-17-2011
As Christians, our mission is to take the good news of God’s grace to wherever there is sin.
The Bible, and our history is one of Sin, Grace and Mission.
Paul and his ministry (2 Corinthians 5) show us an example of that mission motivated by grace.
When Christ came into your life, He not only exchanged His grace for your sin, He replaced your agenda with His mission.
As we look back at the story of Jonah, we see that to express disdain for your mission, is to express disdain for God’s grace.
